Effective date: October 29, 2026
This policy explains what happens to information when you play Vumpli, the block puzzle game on Google Play (com.vumpli.blocks) and the App Store. "We" and "us" mean the developer of Vumpli, as named on the game's store page.
Vumpli saves these on your phone or tablet so you can pick up where you left off:
The game doesn't send any of this to us or to anyone else. We can't see it, so we also can't restore it if it's lost. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it.
If your device's own backup is on (for example Android backup to your Google account, or iCloud Backup), your phone may include the game's files in that backup. The backup is kept by Google or Apple in your own account. We have no access to it.
Vumpli shows ads from Google AdMob, an advertising service of Google. It is the only third party that receives data from the game, and it processes that data under Google's own policies.
Today the only ads are optional videos: in Classic, when you're out of rotations, you can choose to watch one to get an extra rotation. There are no ads in the Daily Pattern or in Vumpli World. So that a video is ready when you want one, the game loads ads in the background while your device is online. This means Google may receive the information below even if you never watch an ad.
When ads are requested or shown, Google's ad software (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) collects:
Google uses this information to show ads, to measure and report on them, and to prevent fraud and abuse. Whether ads are personalized depends on the choices you make in the consent message (where it's shown) and on your device settings. The information is encrypted in transit, and Google may process it on servers outside your country.
We don't receive this information in a form that identifies you. AdMob gives us only summary reports, such as how many ads were shown.

Quest reminders are optional. The game asks you first, and only after you say yes does your device ask for notification permission (on devices that require it). Reminders are scheduled on your device: at most two a day, only for quests you haven't finished yet. No push service is used, and nothing about them is sent to a server. You can turn them off anytime in Settings → Quest reminders or in your device's notification settings.
Vumpli doesn't ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.
Vumpli doesn't include any analytics, crash-reporting or remote-configuration service, so nothing about how you play is sent to us. If you've allowed your device to share diagnostics with app developers, Google Play or Apple may give us crash and performance reports for the game. Those reports don't identify you.
Vumpli is not directed to children under 13, and its store target audience is 13 and older, because the game shows ads from Google. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you're a parent or guardian and have a question, contact us at info@usoft.uz.
Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR in the EEA, the UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
We don't hold personal data about you, so there's usually nothing for us to look up or delete. The ad data described above is held by Google, and Google's Privacy Policy explains how to exercise your rights with Google. You're welcome to contact us with any request or question, and we'll help where we can.
Data on your device stays there until you delete the game or its data. Google keeps the ad data it collects as described in its own policies.
Data sent to Google is encrypted in transit. On your device, the game's files are kept in the app's private storage, which other apps can't read.
If the game changes how it handles information, for example by adding a new service, we'll update this policy and the effective date above, and describe important changes in the game's release notes.
